发帖数: 117 | 1 Work is ongoing on MPEG-4 part 10, 'Advanced Video Coding', This codec is
being developed jointly with ITU-T, in the so-called Joint Video Team (JVT).
The JVT unites the standard world's video coding experts in a single group.
The work currently underway is based on earlier work in ITU-T on 'H.26L'.
H.26L and MPEG-4 part 10 will be the same. (H.26L will be renamed when it is
done. The final name may be H.264, but that is not yet sure). MPEG-4 AVC/H.26L
is slated to be ready by the end of 2002.

Brother you really confuse me now. Correct me if you know more details.
Base on my understanding, H.26L does not exist anymore. The name for such
algorithm is ITU-T H.264 | ISO/IEC 14496-10. Currently developed by
Joint Video Team. Thus people call it JVT.
Do you mean this JVT is just a branch/derivation from H.26L?
H.26L itself is still under develpment by someone?
and finally we will get two standards respectively?
By the way, did you work on TML code before? What does QQ mean within Draft? |

，过1个多月还可再来。”30多岁的陈女士抱着小孩说，“顺便也来买一些日用品，香
港买的质量比内地好，价钱有的还便宜呢。”
但最近几个月，这些往返深港的“采购员”的购物清单上逐渐丰富起来，除了奶粉
，还有食品、洗发水、卫生纸……
“以前买奶粉只用塑料袋就可以，现在只得换个旅行箱。”一位采购员对《第一财
经日报》记者表示。
2009年4月，香港对深圳居民实行可办理一年多次往返的签注后，深圳居民赴港更
频繁，每个月至少一次甚至数次。在一些典型的深港家庭记忆中，以往多是香港亲戚来

一个追求我的男生，3个多月来一直坚持每天给我打电话，突然有一天两夜没打了，也
没有留言说明请况。最后一次通电话时稍稍有一点点不快，但没什么大不了。
有点不淡定了。。。但我知道这种情况下要稳住，不能打过去。那么他再打电话来，我
采取什么态度才好，是自然地责怪他为什么答应每天打电话又不打，还是装作若无其事
地说，没关系我生活很充实没你也过得很好？

That helps nothing. Maybe you can give it a try. Send email to Wingard, asking
how he derive the table. Let's see whether he will respond this time.
My manager co-chair JVT codec group. I tell you, each add-on to JVT from
26L is after thorough thoughts and debates. Without those add-on, TMN
is just a replacement of H263/+. It cannot be the future replacement of
current MPEG2 video coding.
